Curbside Pickup

Place an online order on our website. After purchase, you will be prompted to schedule a time for curbside pickup on your Order Confirmation screen. You can also schedule curbside pickup using the order tracking page. A link to this page is provided in your Order Receipt email. At your scheduled time, simply park in a designated spot and call the store.

If you are not prompted to schedule a time for curbside pickup on the Order Confirmation or order tracking page, this means that curbside pickup is not currently available. This page will have updates on curbside pickup availability in the event of inclement weather, etc.

Almost all Virginia ABC stores currently offer curbside pickup. Please look for the car icon when you select your store.

After your purchase, schedule curbside pickup immediately in order to get the earliest possible time slots. Curbside pickup times are based on availability, starting 2 hours from the time the order was placed. If you are not using curbside pickup, you must still wait at least 2 hours before arriving at the store for pickup. If you place your order before 3 p.m., you should be able to pick it up the same day.

No. Orders cannot be picked up less than 2 hours from the time the order was placed. Curbside pickup allows customers to schedule a specific pickup time, and we ask customers to arrive at their scheduled time. This allows for a smoother pickup experience for customers and the stores. Please select a time for curbside pickup after your purchase to get the earliest possible time slots. 

Please pull up to the store at the designated curbside spots. These are designated with signs and provide the store phone number. Designated pickup areas vary from store to store.

Yes. Please call your store when you arrive to say you are there to pick up your order. The store phone number is available on the website, email communications as well as the curbside pickup sign in the parking lot.

No. A signature is not required.

Yes. As with all online orders, please bring a valid photo ID to show to a retail associate for pickup of your order. If you have designated a specific alternate pickup person during checkout, this person must also show a valid photo ID and be 21 years of age or older.

Virginia ABC stores require a minimum of 2 hours to prepare online orders for pickup. This is true for curbside orders as well as for in-store pickup. Wherever and however you place your order, we still require 2 hours before pickup.

You cannot place an order for curbside pickup over voice phone. Please place your order online. After you place your order, you will be prompted to schedule a time for curbside pickup on your order confirmation page.
