Return Policy
Purchases made at a Virginia ABC store may be returned within 45 days of purchase at any store when accompanied by a valid receipt.. A customer must be 21 years of age or older to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for non-stocked, special-order or closeout items. Cash refunds in excess of $500 may be issued by check from ABC’s headquarters in Hanover County. Holidays
Virginia ABC stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Easter. There may be limited hours on other holidays.ID Policy
Sales are prohibited to those under 21 years of age. Virginia ABC's policy is "We ID under 30": One valid ID will be required as proof of age; a second ID may be requested. Acceptable forms of primary identification must contain a photograph, signature, height and date of birth.Customer Credit Card Information
Credit card transactions processed at Virginia ABC’s headquarters in Hanover County may be referenced on customer credit card statements as "ABC Store 704."
Can't Find a Product?
Virginia ABC offers expanded product availability statewide from our central warehouse! More than 2,000 can be ordered online and shipped to your store for pickup in 7-14 days. Shop Ship to Store products.
If you still cannot find a product, please ask your local ABC store about making a special order. Virginia ABC can usually obtain a product as long as it is carried by a U.S. distributor. For some products, you may be required to purchase a full case.
