To mix, combine all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice and a lemon wedge. Stir to mix. Garnish with an orange peel. Cheers!

Virginia ABC launched the Signature Cocktail video series in mid-2020 as a digital initiative designed to offer quarterly recipes that both novice and master mixologists can make for their next happy hour or just a cozy night in.
