Sweet and citrusy, a Gold Rush is the perfect cocktail to toast to Bourbon Heritage Month and Virginia Spirits Month with! To make, combine 1 ½ ounces bourbon, ¾ ounces lemon juice and 1 ounce honey syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry.

Virginia ABC launched the Signature Cocktail video series in mid-2020 as a digital initiative designed to offer quarterly recipes that both novice and master mixologists can make for their next happy hour or just a cozy night in.
