Sweet and citrusy, a Gold Rush is the perfect cocktail to toast to Bourbon Heritage Month and Virginia Spirits Month with! To make, combine 1 ½ ounces bourbon, ¾ ounces lemon juice and 1 ounce honey syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a cherry.
