Project Sticker Shock Event Registration

Please fill out the form below to request supplies for your event. All supplies are shipped to the address entered below free of charge. If you require a lower or higher quantity of supplies than what is available below, please contact education@virginiaabc.com with additional information regarding your need. When your event is complete, fill out the final report form to provide the actual number of participants and share your feedback.
