The Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (“Virginia ABC”) logo is a registered trademark. The logo and images of Virginia ABC products or proprietary information may not be used without the express written permission of, and within parameters established by, Virginia ABC. Those wishing to use the Virginia ABC logo or above listed items to promote endorsements by Virginia ABC or partnerships with Virginia ABC in connection with products, social media posts, signs, displays or other materials, or for any other reason, must submit their request in writing using the form below in advance of any use, and must receive a written response from Virginia ABC prior to any publishing, posting, in-store, digital, web or social media uses.
