Celebrate Bourbon Heritage Month with a vibrant cocktail that combines the bold flavors of bourbon with fresh citrus and mint. Combine two lemon slices, two mint leaves, water and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the lemons and mint leaves until they are broken down. Add bourbon and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with the remaining mint leaf. Enjoy!
