Kopper Kettle Single Malt is made with 100% malted barley. It is double distilled in 3,000 gallon copper pot still, which brings through its unique flavor. The single malt is produced, distilled, barreled in NEW American oak barrels and aged for 3 years, then bottled at Belmont Farm Distillery.  They cut the bottle strength to 86 proof with their farm purified mineral water.  The fact that it is single malt is their guarantee they don’t source their whiskey.  It can be enjoyed neat or in a cocktail.
