Knobel Tennessee Whiskey is named in honor of Carl Knobel – the grandfather of Mike Rowe who is well known from the TV show Dirty Jobs, which in turn served as a tribute to Carl himself. This whiskey starts with sweet caramel and spicy orange aromas accented by hints of vanilla, almond and oak. Warm flavors of sugar cookies, ginger and fall spices fill the palate, leaving a long, sweet and spicy finish reminiscent of apple pie.
