This release is made with 64% corn, 27% in-house hand malted barley and 9% oats. All of the grain used in this spirit’s creation are 100% Virginia grown. Double pot-stilled to between 150 and 160 proof and aged in used bourbon barrels infused with a proprietary blend of new and used toasted oak and chestnut wood, this spirit features a sweet, medium-full body with an oily mouthfeel. Flavors of cinnamon sugar, sweet potato, oatmeal cookies and seasoned oak grace the palate.
