The Blue Weber agaves are hand selected and grown from the rich red clay in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. They are then roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours with an additional 80 hour fermentation process, giving Casamigos its unique flavor. The Blanco rests for two months and is crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish.
