Double Distilled. Brilliant crystalline color. Sweet, marinated olive, creamy vanilla, and citric aromas. A very smooth entry leads to medium-bodied palate with spicy sausage, roasted green pepper and white pepper flavors. Finishes with a good deal of spicy heat and a vegetal edge. Very intense and pure agave flavors. Noticeably salty with a good combination, artisanal, rustic, and modern characteristics.
