Koloa Kauai Coconut Rum initially tastes quizzically dry, due to the pleasant 80 proof rum, but then quickly leads to the wonderful flavor of baby coconut at the front of the palate. The spirit finishes with light toasted coconut, hints of lime zest and the slightest bit of caramelized pineapple.
