Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Strain into a punch glass and garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of rosemary. Multiply this recipe by 16 for a large batch cocktail that uses the entire 750 ml of tequila.
