The Long Island Iced Tea is what happens when five different spirits collide to create one powerful drink. For the best taste, keep the proportions and do not overpour the spirits. Two more pieces of advice: use higher-quality spirits and drink in moderation.

Shake all ingredients except for cola. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and top off with cola. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
Easily make this less potent by omitting the vodka and/or cutting the rum, tequila and triple sec in half. And never be afraid of adding a few dashes of bitters!
