Add rye whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, blackberry syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Drizzle a thin line of blackberry syrup across the top and drag a cocktail pick through it to create a little raccoon mask stripe. Add a lemon wheel on the rim.
