Freeze grapefruit juice in a floral mold (or regular ice tray) for at least 24 hours in advance. In a cocktail shaker add the vodka and grapefruit juice and ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into chilled coupe glass then add the grapefruit flower shaped ice and top with tonic. Garnish with edible flowers.
