In a cocktail shaker, pour 1½ oz. of St. George Spiced Pear liqueur, 1 oz. of Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, ½ oz of lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla bean paste and stir. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously. Pour strained cocktail into coupe glass and top with 2 oz. of Belle Isle Blood Orange & Soda. Garnish with pear slice and enjoy.
