A cousin of the Moscow Mule with gin and mint. Use spicy ginger beer to really make this zing. (The Gin-Gin also demands the Italian toast, “Cin cin!”)

Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add gin and ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig to serve.
