Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20 seconds. Then strain out the ice from one side of the shaker tin into the other side and discard the "dirty" ice. Shake again for about 20 seconds without ice. Strain into a Collins glass and garnish with edible gold glitter or fresh rosemary.
Keep It Simple Ginger Syrup can be substituted for the ginger liqueur. For complexity, you can also add 2-3 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters.
