Spoon chocolate syrup in four sections inside a martini glass; run toothpick through syrup to make a spider web design. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cherry brandy, chocolate liqueur and half and half. Shake 3 to 5 times. Strain into prepared glass. If desired, garnish with a cherry and chocolate swizzle stick
