This bold cocktail features smoky Mezcal, vibrant Blue Curaçao, zesty lime juice, and a touch of ginger syrup, all garnished with a charred ripe jalapeño for a spicy kick.

Preparation
Add Mezcal, Curaçao, ginger syrup and lime to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into and old fashioned glass and garnish with a charred whole jalapeño.
To prepare the garnish, use metal tongs to hold a ripe jalapeño over flames until an even char is achieved.
