Dingle Distillery’s Single Malt is matured in a marriage of Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, each cask chosen for the distinctive influence it brings. On the nose, zesty lime and mint meet vanilla and caramel. Flavors of caramelized apple mingle with raspberry and rich fruit cake. The finish imparts sensations of lingering honey and soft spice.
