This distillery uses medieval copper pot stills and fuses oriental botanicals with those local to Ireland. The 100 percent grain neutral spirit is made using Gunpowder Tea that has been slowly dried, then carefully rolled into shiny pellets. This gives it a slight spicy freshness to the bold and bright gin.
