Deep Creek Distilling gin is truly an exceptional product that uses a blend of over 15 botanicals that have been sourced from 5 continents with a base spirit that has been distilled 6 times to produce a very smooth taste. This spirit is more of a contemporary gin where the juniper flavors are not overwhelming, allowing the fragrances of lavender, jasmine and strong citrus notes be more predominant. They filter this product through Lynnhaven Oyster shells so that the flavors can be compounded in such a way that this spirit can be easily mixed in a gin and tonic, negroni, or martini.
