Brady's Prohibition Style Gin gets the color and texture from aging the herbs and spices directly in the spirit. This gives it an extremely unique body and flavor not typically found in a traditional gin. Steeping the herbs and spices gives it a unique color, taste, smell and flavor. Appealing to traditional gin drinkers as well as those who would otherwise go straight for a whiskey. Gin by definition must be a predominantly juniper flavor. This gin maintains the juniper flavor in combination with other spices created by the Brady Brothers for a gin they would enjoy sipping. The Prohibition style name derives from the method of creating gin prior to Great Britain's Prohibition.
