Maraska Slivovitz is a pure, natural brandy made by special fermentation and distillations of the finest ripe blue plums grown in the rich soil of the Adriatic Hinterland. The mash is then fermented for three months in 2,000 gallon tanks. It is later distilled for the second time and matured in treated 500 gallon oak casks for at least two years.
