From Red Hook Brooklyn, Widow Jane developed their own unique varietal of corn and baptized it “Baby Jane.” This unique corn has depth, sweetness and a creamy spiciness represented by flavorful notes of allspice, café au lait, strawberries and cream taffy, salted caramel and fresh fig. The finish of this blend articulates peach compote, star anise, cut hay, horchata, soft pretzel and milk chocolate.
