To celebrate the 250ᵗʰ anniversary of our nation’s founding and Virginia’s enduring role as the Birthplace of American Spirits, distilleries from across the commonwealth came together to create the limited-edition Virginia Spirits 250ᵗʰ Celebration Trio Pack. Over the course of a year, Virginia Spirits collaborated with nine distillers to answer one question: What does Virginia taste like? Drawing inspiration from Virginia’s mountains, heartland and coast, and the James River that connects them, each spirit was crafted using ingredients, flavors and traditions that reflect the commonwealth’s diverse geography and rich distilling heritage. The Trio Pack includes three 375mL bottles: one Botanical Gin (90 proof), one Aged Rum (105 proof) and one cask-strength Four-Grain Whiskey (120 proof).
The Botanical Gin was created by Mt. Defiance Cidery & Distillery, Virago Spirits and Vitae Spirits. The Aged Rum was created by Virago Spirits, Belmont Farm Distillery, Vitae Spirits and Chesapeake Bay Distillery. The cask-strength Four-Grain Whiskey was created by Virginia Distillery Co., Ironclad Distillery, Catoctin Creek Distilling Co. and Reservoir Distillery. Created exclusively for America’s 250ᵗʰ anniversary, this commemorative release will only be produced once. When these bottles are gone, they are gone.
