Made by R. D. Wilhelm Distillery in the Chelsea neighborhood of Norfolk, this small-batch bourbon brings a high rye content on the mash bill (21%) and offers vanilla, toffee, dark cherry and apple across the nose. It is full-bodied with hints of caramel, complex dried fruitiness, tobacco leaf, oak and a finish of spice turning to sweet corn with a creamy mouth feel.
