Reserve Bourbon is distilled using traditional pot still methods, using fresh grains in our four-grain mash bill. Each barrel of Deep Creek Reserve bourbon is hand selected and aged no less than 4 years to produce robust flavors of vanilla, dark cherry, cinnamon, and ripe red apple. Their bourbon is never chill filtered and no additives other than pure water are used.
