Handcrafted in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time, Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is finished in ruby port wine casks, imparting flavors of vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup, toast and bitter chocolate. The finish offers a clean and lingering sweetness with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades.
