Virginia ABC offers two licensee responsibility courses—Responsible Sellers & Servers: Virginia’s Program (RSVP) and Managers’ Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) to support retail businesses and their employees to be successful and compliant with Virginia ABC laws and regulation.
