A wine wholesaler license authorizes the licensee to acquire and receive deliveries and shipments of wine and to sell, deliver and ship wine to:
- licensed retailers located inside and outside the Commonwealth of Virginia
- religious congregations for sacramental purposes
- owners of boats sailing to foreign or out-of-state ports of call.
Fee(s)
Fees are based on the following classifications:
30,000 or less gallons—$240
30,001 to 150,000 gallons—$1,200
150,001 to 300,000 gallons—$1,845
Over 300,000 gallons—$2,400
