A walking tour permit authorizes the tour company to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption to culinary tour participants and to collect a single fee for food, alcoholic beverages and the tour.
A sightseeing carrier permit authorizes the permit holder to collect tasting fees from tour participants and remit such fees to the licensee.
