A mixed beverage restaurant at casino license authorizes the licensee to sell and serve wine, beer and mixed beverages for on-premises consumption in dining areas and other designated areas of such restaurant or for off-premises consumption in closed containers. NOTE: This license is only issued to restaurants located on the premises of a mixed beverage casino licensee.

Fees are based on the following classifications:

1-100 seats: $1,050
101-150 seats: $1,495
151-500 seats: $1,980
501-1000 seats: $2,500
Over 1,000 seats: $3,100
