A limited mixed beverage restaurant license authorizes the licensee to sell and serve dessert wines and no more than six (6) liqueurs mixed with coffee or other non-alcoholic beverages for consumption in dining areas. The licensee is also authorized to sell and serve wine and beer for on-premises or off-premises consumption. "Liqueur" means any of a class of highly flavored alcoholic beverages that do not exceed an alcohol content of 25 percent by volume.
