A limited mixed beverage restaurant license authorizes the licensee to sell and serve dessert wines and liquors mixed with coffee or other non-alcoholic beverages for consumption in dining areas. The licensee is also authorized to sell and serve wine and beer for on-premises or off-premises consumption.
1 to 100 seats—$945 (Classification I)
101 to 150 seats—$1,385 (Classification II)
Over 150 seats—$1,875 (Classification III)
