An industrial alcohol permit authorizes the permit holder to transport alcohol from another state through or into the Commonwealth of Virginia for industrial purposes, any one exempted as specified in COV 4.1-200 or to a hospital.
Fee(s)
$50 plus 5.0% of the delivered cost to the place designated by the permittee
