A mixed beverage carrier license authorizes the licensee to sell and serve mixed beverages to passengers aboard trains, boats, airplanes, or buses while the carrier is located in the Commonwealth of Virginia or in designated areas including airport passenger lounges at airports in the Commonwealth. The licensee is also authorized to sell and serve wine and beer for on-premises consumption or in closed containers for off-premises consumption.

Boat—$910
Bus—$520
Train—$520/car
