A brewery license authorizes the licensee to manufacture, sell, deliver and ship beer at wholesale to entities, other wholesalers/distributors and individuals located outside the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Fee(s)

Fees are based on the following classifications:

Up to 500 barrels—$380
501 to 10,000 barrels—$2,350
Over 10,000 barrels—$4,690

Completing the application may take 15–30 minutes. Average ABC processing time is 60–90 days.
