A beer bottler license authorizes the licensee to acquire and receive deliveries and shipments of beer in closed containers and to bottle, sell, and deliver or ship to:
- wholesale beer licensees for the purposes of resale
- owners of boats sailing to out-of-state or foreign ports of call
- individuals located outside the Commonwealth of Virginia for resale outside the Commonwealth.
