Unlike “moonshine” or corn whiskies, Bare Knuckle American Whiskey is made with 60% wheat, 30% rye and 10% malted barley, all sourced from local Virginia farms. This creates a refreshingly unaged sweetness upfront from the wheat and a peppery finish from the rye.
