This 25 year Scotch is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes and casks, exclusive to The Dalmore, which have held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry. Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles abound on the palate before finishing notes of maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
