A Virginia-mixed cocktail that spans Europe, from London gin to Italian bitters. We recommend fresh lemon juice and Navy Hill Club Soda for a home-grown touch.

Slice the nectarine and muddle half of the slices in a cocktail shaker with the simple syrup and rosemary sprig. Add gin, Campari and lemon juice, fill shaker with ice, and shake until well chilled. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with soda. Garnish with another rosemary sprig.
