Shake ingredients vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
For the honey syrup, dissolve a 1/2 cup honey in a 1/2 cup of water over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let cool before using. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
