Smoky, spicy and sweet, this cocktail will transport you to the strangest corners of the South, where legend has it the blues virtuoso Robert Johnson sold his soul at the Devil’s Crossroad in exchange for an incredible mastery of the guitar. This bourbon-based concoction pairs well with Memphis Blues and barbecue.

Preparation
Pour 1 ½ oz Belle Meade, ½ oz of Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur and ½ oz of Sfumato into a glass with ice and stir. Strain the cocktail into a glass with a large ice cube and serve with an expressed lemon peel garnish. Sfumato must be special ordered for this cocktail. If Sfumato isn’t available then Montenegro can be used as a substitute.
