Crumble graham crackers with cinnamon and sugar. Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip into the crumble mixture. Combine rum, half and half, puree and extract in a shaker. Shake for 45 seconds. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
