Yellow dragon is relies on mango for flavor and color and was inspired by the restaurant’s mango salsa served with its sea bass and rockfish offerings.

Preparation
Add mango, vodka, yuzu ginger moonshine, lime juice, mango juice, and agave syrup into a blender and blend. Pour into a wine glass and top with sparkling wine.
