Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle the kiwi before adding ice. Then shake vigorously until well-chilled and double strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh or dried kiwi.
To make the green cardamom syrup, you will need 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, five cardamom seed pods, and a tiny pinch of salt. First, break open the seeds by crushing them open with the flat of a knife. Add the water and sugar into a pan and set the burner to medium-high. Stir until sugar is dissolved then, add in the cardamom pods and little black seeds. Once it starts to boil, remove the pan for heat and add a pinch of salt. Let it sit to cool for about a half an hour. Finally, strain of the pods and seeds and pour into a container. Keep the syrup refrigerated.
